I had to drive to Southaven tax collector to register my vehicle, with same documents no question asked, took less than 5 minutes.
Very unprofessional people working in one build. The whole staff should be fired and replaced. Rude don't answer no phone call had to physical come to the tax office to get my question still not answer.
Overall nice staff. I have visited twice, once to pay taxes and once to have tag switched from another state. I worked with a lady named Amanda who was very kind and very helpful. I did notice some of the other staff were not as friendly and preoccupied with some form of gossip.
If you every want to register your vehicle, go to Southaven location, they are friendly and fast and make a simple process more effective instead of complicating it.
This place is so fast. I have never had to wait. They are so nice and very helpful. Even calling on the phone for questions is a breeze.
The youngest female who works there , will make a simple process more complex, I have seen customers avoid her by all means.She will "complicate" the hell out of things .
