The food is always good, I get the Florida roll and Hawaiian rice. But the service is always so bad! I usually place my order to go and have to call at least 3 times to get someone to order, and when they do it's usually very rude as if they're annoyed that I'm calling. Also for a place where I pay $15 or more for my meal alone I expect for them to dress in something other than leggings, a tee shirt, and some sneakers.

Always enjoy myself when I go to Osaka. It's always so nice and clean, and the food is always perfect. Highly recommend if you love to eat.
My whole family came out for my birthday and picked this place because it used to be really nice. We are all very disappointed in the whole experience. Our server was aloof and screwed up our order, the chef didn’t do half of what they usually do on a typical hibachi table. This place seems to have gone down hill.
