My husband and I rented a car 3 times with in the last 3 months for traveling out of town. Each time we go, it is very busy. The staff does their best to assist customers quickly. They are always courteous and helpful. We will certainly rent from this location in the future.
Spend the extra time driving to another Enterprise location, you won't regret it and it will save you time and money. Especially avoid Vanessa if she's there.

Worst Enterprise location I've ever been to. Staff is slow, rude and completely unprofessional. I've used Enterprise many times and never had a bad experience until I started using this location. Every time I walk in the doors it's at least a 30 minute wait until someone gets to me. Reservations here mean nothing and they will always try to talk you into an upgrade because they don't have what you want/need/reserved.
