2. I used the "buy online & pick up in store to save 10%". I lost those savings when she failed to turn my core charge. When I asked her if the core charge came off her response was "I'm pretty sure". I left it at that before her ineptitude caused my impatience to become impoliteness.
Next time I need a car battery, I'll probably choose someone else.
Not open when they say they will be. Not to be trusted.
I went to this place with such high hopes. My husbands phone screen was cracked badly. The tech looked at it and said it could be done in an hour, plus the price was reasonable. I came back when he told me it would be ready. He said that not only was the screen cracked but there was a part broken inside. He stated that he ordered a part and was having it overnighted and that Saturday late afternoon it would be ready. I came back that Saturday and the girl had no clue what was going on. She called to another location and spoke to him and I was informed that the part hadn't made it in yet. I informed them I would come back on Monday afternoon. I return Monday afternoon and the phone still wasn't ready. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the part was late and that time was needed to fix it. Finally on Tuesday I received my phone. I turned on charged great and it seems to have no issue with it. Wednesday phone acted brand new. Thursday phone started to get hot for no reason. Friday The screen that was just repaired was peeling apart and I returned yet again. The guy who worked on my phone wasn't in. So I called to the store where he was told him about it . He suggested more adhesive and weight. Later I grabbed the phone rushed home. Only to find that my phone is too hot to handle and the screen is scrambled. MULTI COLORED SNOW! Took it back and the girl tech noticed it was hot and saw the snow. I asked for a refund because at this point what started as a cracked screen ended in a damaged unusable phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Yes I got a refund but now I have to buy a phone because basically mine was destroyed. This experience has left me wondering about the competency of the techs that work there.
Ordered a battery for my truck on-line. When I went to the store, they didn't even have the battery I bought. They refunded the price and sold me a lower amperage battery--and didn't give me the 10% discount that I should have received for ordering online. There was only one person working in the store and he didn't even offer to install the battery for me.
1. Battery didn't have the hardware that it comes with so she took it from another battery- it was the wrong size so I had to persuade it to fit.
