Only reason I'm giving a 2 is bc the pedicure massaging was amazing but it's the ugliest nail and toe painting I've ever had.. i got there at like 2 and didn't get out till 6 something.. very disappointed in how my set looks, idk if they was just tired and ready to leave but that still isn't an excuse at all.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone esp in the afternoon if that was the reason mine was done so poorly... update, manager recently called after seeing my pictures & review and said they'd fix it, which was nice, so we will see when I go back this weekend ..
I have been looking for a shop where the employees listen to what the customer wants and I've found it at this nail salon. This was my 1st visit but definitely not my last. She was great, she didnt do a rush job, all of the employees I had an encounter with made me feel comfortable and my nails look wonderful. Thanks Sakura Nails & Spa
At first it was a good experience. I went in for a gel manicure and toe polish change. My nails were great and when it came time for my toes to be polish a child who looked no older than 12 did my toes. I'm not a mean person so I just let her do them but there was polish on the side of my toes and you can see the streaks of polish on toes. It looks like something I did. They are filed at a slanted angle. I just decided to go somewhere and get the polish change. I probably will not be back because of that.
