I wish I could give this 0 stars. I will not be coming back to this facility. I have been sent to collections for three separate visits over the course of me being a patient for years. I have always paid my bills from them when I have received statements. They have on three separate occasions sent me to collections for bills I have never received nor been notified of. I have thankfully always gotten those off of my credit, but the fact of the matter is that this office will not send statements sometimes and will never contact you letting you know you have a past due bill that is heading towards collections (only because I never received a first statement to begin with). So now I have to deal with a collection agency for the third time over a bill that was from 2015 supposedly. Mind you I have never received statements about these bills that I've been sent to collections over. And what's funny is I just went to their office 5 months ago, give or take, DID receive a statement in the mail and paid that bill and have even double checked my balance. My balance is $0. Yet I had an outstanding balance of $116 from a separate visit from 2015 supposedly? I'm not the only one who has been sent to collections thinking I never owed anything either. I know others that have had this exact same thing happen to them with McClatchy medical. They, like me, never received a statement in the mail or phone call, so naturally everyone thinks their insurance has paid everything. Yet that's not the case when a collection agency is calling your phone. I will not be recommending this office to anyone else and will no longer be a patient here.
The rudest receptionist I have EVER spoken with! I was only nice and polite on the phone and she was extremely rude. I do not recommend this doctors office.
Clean atmosphere, staff is very polite.
Have had appointments with Dr McClatchy and NP Jennifer. Both go above and beyond and I highly recommend.
