Looking forward to see these changes go in effect.
1- Staff seem to be bored with life, they won't greet vistors or smile and make them feel welcomed,except for head of library Mrs. Suzan, and the lady who does the story time and kids activitis ,they're the only 2 person who smile.
4-The 1st Parking lot row facing the library main entrance has a defective design, i have seen vehicles hitting the curb ,or run over it when parking, I also experienced this myself, almost damaged my front end suspensions and tier.This curb needs to be eliminated.
Reallocate these extra hours you can save from having 4 or 5 people at the service desk and utilize them to have the library operate longer hours especially on the weekends Friday ,Saturday, Sunday instead of closing at 5pm or 6pm.
I like it here. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean and in good order. I just wish they had more of a selection
3- 1 or 2 person behind the service desk is sufficient to run this service desk, no need for 4 people behind the desk ,the library assist who just sits behind her assigned desk can jump in and help when it gets busy instead of just sitting there with not much to do

2-New hours really sucks, we need to keep our kids off the streets and away from the heat in summer, closing at 7pm really hurts the community. We have to drive our kids to Germantown public library which stays open till 930pm.
The staff here is so friendly and helpful! I love their selections and the fact that if they don't have s book I am looking for, they will find it at another location and bring it in.
