We have enjoyed Marcos in the past.. wondering if management has changed... 3 time this has,happened and will never happen again!!
We call and,complain .. we're told 2 hours to correct the mistake...
We ordered hot wings.. we got naked wings.. we ordered a meat lovers pizza... we received a cheese pizza
Great Pizza! We always get the thin crust Hawaiian chicken and maybe the vegetable pizza or the Supreme! They have always been on time, very polite and sometimes I order at a different location and they always able to find me. If you haven't ordered from them... yet it's worth a call!!!
Never,again.. .. marcos was a great 0lace once.. i guess they got big and this is what you get..or they got a new manager
Either way I'm done.. I hope they go belly up .. and they are told 2 hours to recover from the reviews and never get anything

Each time we have had delivery our order had been screwed up. One occasion they forgot part of the order. Another occasion they brought the wrong pizza. Tonight was the absolute worst service and food ever! My delivery time was 35 minutes, ok. An hour after we placed our order we still had not received it. I called the store, twice spoke to the manager who only wanted to make excuses. All I wanted to know is has my order left the store. Supposedly it had left 10 minutes before I called. After 90 minutes and the first phone call and still no food, (which the second call was 20 minutes after my initial call with the manager which would have then made it 30 minutes after my order left the store and we only live 7 minutes from the store) I called the manager back and told him to refund my card since I still have not received our order. He took my information to process a refund. Two minutes after hanging up with the manager the delivery driver shows up. Not only did it take over 90 minutes from the time we ordered, but they delivered a pizza we did not order and did not deliver two of the items we ordered. Instead of delivering our wings and cheesy bread, we were given what looked like a meat lovers pizza. Seriously can someone explain to me how do you confuse either cheesy bread or wings with a meat lovers pizza? Completely disappointed and disgusted with the ignorance and incompetence with the simplest tasks like a simple pizza delivery. Unfortunately I had to give a star to be able to give my rating, I give a negative 5 stars... do not bother ordering from this establishment unless you want "surprise" on the menu, because you will not get what you order.
Worst service I've ever experienced! The last two times we've ordered pizza it was delivered incorrectly, had to call get it fixed, and wait 30 minutes to have it delivered correctly. The last time I called the manager apologized and stated he would put a free pizza on my account. Called tonight to give them one last chance and guess what wasn't added to the account? The free pizza! Ordered our food, was told it would take 30-40 minutes for it to be delivered (live 7 minutes from the location), and an hour and 25 minutes later our pizza was delivered...cold. Will not ever go back!
Guess what.. we never get the correction
Good pizza. Customer service could use some work. I will like return.
