I went back to my car after forgetting my wallet. Then I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to take my order. After placing my order, one of the cooks tried to hand me one of my sandwiches only. I told him I had two sandwich combos. THEN they forgot to start making my second sandwich. Finally I had to tell them again I had two sandwich combos before everything was correct. The wait time was about 25 minutes in the end. The only reason this review is 2 stars is because the food tasted well. Customer service alone would be 0 stars.
My kids and I spent our entire Spring break very sick after eat food from this location. That would be the Olive branch location. I should take this sample I kept to the health department. My son had to go to the E.R. for food poisoning. Bad steak or not room temperature, I don't know. We only had your food that day. The manager just laughed it off. Hell will have a freezing warning and ice storm before we eat there again. I'm done!!
Amazing food, staff is always friendly, I love it
This restaurant re-opened after a while due to management change so I decided to stop by for lunch. I would say the service has gotten worse than in the past.
