Very friendly and was pleased with the renting process. Fast and easy. Units were very clean and love all the security this facility offers. First time ever renting a storage unit and I must say, I am very satisfied.

Incredible service at the location in Olive Branch. The manager helped me find the best deals on my storage unit and the truck rental. She made sure everything was seamless and I did everything but sign over the Internet. Unbeatable price on my storage unit, especially for an INDOOR, CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit... $49.00 / mo... INSURANCE INCLUDED... OUT THE DOOR!!! The facility was IMMACULATE! Beside the fact that it's almost brand new, it smelled almost "hospital" clean, with that sanitary smell. The grounds are well kept. The location is extremely convenient. The trucks they rent are mint. I have never experienced the value and service as I have at this location and company in over 30 year of using public storage facilities. I highly recommend this company and location.
Rented a truck, great deal, great customer service and will be moving from my storage else where to be at the secure storage facility! Management was great Krystina and Katie were great! Renting a truck again very soon from them!
