The service is terrible. The front desk did not greet us when we walked in or walked out. There was only one lady that was actually nice and welcoming. The doctor even seemed rude---wish I could rate this place with a lower review. I have Mississippi Medicaid so I had the option getting insurance glasses. The lady with the trays didn't speak or really helped with anything. She seemed like she didn't want to be there or had a huge attitude.
I've been coming here for 4 years almost and I have enjoyed my experience! Never visited such a facility as this. If you're looking for a great eye glasses place to call home this is it. Alexis takes very good care of me. She takes the time to explain in full details, and helps me pick out my frames . I've broken glasses several times, she always takes good care of me. I don't trust them with anyone else. When you go in, Ask For ALEXIS, and wear a gray shirt lol!
Let's just say I will never go back to this awful rude place ever again! The Doctor was screaming at me the entire time as he removed a cyst on my eyelid Very unprofessional as if he was better than me! When I got ready to leave I told him thank you and have a nice day, he never said a word. Do yourself a favor go somewhere they respect you and treat you as they are happy to get your business. Desoto Eye Care doesn't care if you come back or even if you're there. The Doctor is a prick!
Awful service! My appointment was at 9am and didn't even go back until after 10am! They don't know what products they offer by no means and won't hesitate to call customers liars. Never will be back here!!
Wish I would have read these reviews before going here because this was the worst eye exam experience I've ever had. The exam was rushed and the Dr seemed reluctant to believe me when I told him the contacts he put me in didn't feel right or correct my vision. I went back a week later and made him do a new exam. New presciption but same result. I've been wearing contacts my entire life (I'm 40) and have never encountered a Dr who seems to care less about what his patients are telling him. Front desk employees were nice but that's the only good thing about this place. Save your money, go anywhere else.
