This office does not have their act together. I talked to several different people and each person told me different information. They are unclear about their meanings and they assume you understand their meanings. I was told I could make payments-they did not tell me and assumed I knew that I would at least have to pay $100 upfront. I was also told that the visit would be $185. I received my bill in for $249. $185 is their Base visit and EVERYTHING else they do costs MORE money. When I called the office the billing manager kept repeating the same thing and despite being told it was $185, she was unable to do anything about the visit. I WILL NOT BE BACK! :(
I went to Dr Martin for my toenails , her treatment for me was fine. I called and left a message wanting to make an appointment for my sister in law. I left my number and was never called back. The next day I went by the office to to get the appointment. There was no one to help me so an assistant came out and said receptionist would be out. I waited 15 minutes and she never came out so I left. Very unprofessional!! I will be taking my businesses to another doctor.
My first visit for a pedicure was amazing! Nail tech was awesome! I love the private rooms! So relaxing and I loved my nails! I will definitely be back!!
