I cannot say enough stellar things about this box. I was in Olive Branch visiting my family and I dropped in a few times at OBCF. I really liked how the people at this box introduced themselves to me without being prompted. That made me feel very welcome and comfortable! The coaches are also extremely nice and helpful. Amanda and Von gave me pointers that made a positive difference in my lift techniques. Thank you so much for your help and guidance! If you're looking for a box that has a positive, friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable coaches, reasonable prices and awesome WoD's, this is definitely the place for you!
