Kidding, they let you go at your own pace but for those that want to be pushed, you can get as much as you want from one of these "pour hours."
The gym is clean, the staff goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable before you get started, the trainers then take over take you through the workout, and then you're passed back to the front desk where they offer every supplement they have, simply to keep you from fainting.
I would suggest to anyone of any skill level (cardio wise or boxing wise), if you would be doing this for the workout with no intentions of ever boxing, you must give it a try. For those that are looking to compete, the trainers. at this.place know what they're doing. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and understand the various movements (combinations) throughout the workout.
I would suggest do your first free session, take a few lessons until your comfortable with the footwork, combos, etc. because if you've never boxed, it's an extremely awkward feeling at times but anyone can adapt to the workouts. The 5 session punch card is great for folks that may not have the time to go four times a week but once a week and working on what you've learned once you're comfortable with the workouts and feel like you could make the entire hour ( speed aside), you'll see what amazing shape your body has conditioned itself too and cardiovascular wise, it's the best overall workout, along with swimming. That's just my opinion..
Love TITLE!! The instructors are super helpful and nice, and I love the rounds. Being only three minutes helps me get through it and I can tell myself it'll be easy, even though it kicks my butt!!! Such a fun and challenging workout and wonderful staff.
Gotta give these guys a shot. You will not regret it..
