Unprofessional and slow. I was asked to come in at 1p for the nurse to sign off on shot records. I waited almost 30 minutes for the clerk to sign me in because she was speaking to a friend about getting to work with the school district and other personal matter (being a single parent, the post office offering her 17 something an hour, and so on). She also announced to the whole office one of the clients couldn’t speak English and seemed a little disturbed that she needed someone to translate. The last thing she did was bumped the friend she was speaking with ahead of me and completed her paperwork, while I continued to wait for assistance. All this time and I still needed to get back to work. Things of this nature should not take place nor should others suffer for the sake of being a buddy or friend to office staff.
Receptionists are always rude. I went to see the nurse who decided when I finally got back after a 45 minute wait she didn't have time to see me before lunch. I came back a week later, I waited for almost two hours to find out I had not been put on the list. When I finally got back the nurse was extremely rude insisting she had told me to schedule an appointment with the doctor. I have never had such horrible service even in fast food. Everyone I encountered provided horrible service and was inefficient. I will never return.
slowest place ever . I had an appointment at 4 and still sitting here an hour later and haven't been seen . I'm the only patient here .
