The service was outstanding, very friendly front desk and housekeepers. The free breakfast was great!!!! And they make sure the guest are taken care of!!!!! My room was very comfortable and the beds were very cozy. The reason I didn't give it five stars I wanted the sink separate from the shower area.
Incredibly nice staff. Worked hard to fix an issue with my room. Hotel was newly remodeled. Normal breakfast. Really impressed with the kindness of the staff. Wound up getting a great sleep.
I've been so impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel. Everything is spotlessly clean..from the lobby to my room. I even noticed they clean and polish all the plaques with room numbers! From the moment I walked in to register, I noticed how nice the lobby smelled. My room couldn't have been any cleaner, and I'm a stickler about bedding...having been known to take my own sheets to sleep in some hotels! No need for that here! I couldn't recommend it more highly. Thanks so much to all the staff who've been so kind and gracious.
Very friendly staff. Nice location and close to restaurants, shopping. Facility is quite modern and well maintained. Great place if you are looking for a cheap and quiet place outside of downtown Memphis.
