Shuttle service, bountiful breakfast, maids were fantastic but the desk attendants and management staff were not. With the exception of Tanya and Tiffany now they were helpful and the shuttle drivers were great! But the others left a negative feeling with me. Just want my reviews to be honest.
Really nice. Older place, but clean and beautiful. Spacious rooms for the cost. Comfy beds and nice staff. Good water pressure is the shower.
Outdated to the max. The continental breakfast is nothing more than watery eggs and sausage. Some cereal and stale bread. The only thing good about the breakfast is the bananas. Rooms need renovated. Remind me of the 90's show in the heat of the night. It's a 2 star hotel. Friendly staff and shuttle service.
This is a neat place! The grounds are very well kept with lots of big trees everywhere, befitting of the name. The hotel was very clean despite being massive and laberynthine. It was fun to just walk around and see all the tree-themed conference rooms. Lots of nice art on the walls too. Rooms were nice and clean though somewhat dated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to change rooms without any fuss due to the TV not working in the first one. Enjoyed our stay!
We stay every weekend and ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOTEL. Pet friendly very very clean. Candace is the sweetest person you will ever meet the always has a,smile on her.
