Everyone in this office is personable and friendly. The staff including the doctors value your time like it is their own. They are also very qualified at what they do, and they can take care of things right in the office without a long wait.
I have had two knee replacements, two rotator cuff repairs, and one foot surgery, all done by Ortho One. Having been to several other orthopedic clinics during my 67 years (that happens when you ride motorcycles), I have a basis for comparison. I would never dream of going anywhere else and have nothing other than praise for all the doctors and their staff, including the physical therapy department.

Ortho One is NUMBER ONE as far as I'm concerned....they are TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! Dr. Pickering and his staff are the BOMB Diggity as my son put it after we left there. We won't go anywhere else from now on. We have been there 5 times now and after going to Campbell Clinic first the way we were treated there is what made us go to Ortho One in the first place.....so I guess you could say we "thank Campbell Clinic for treating us so badly" because if it wasn't for the way they treated us, we wouldn't have gone to Ortho One and found the BEST DOCTORS on the planet!!! I wouldn't recommend any other place to go for a broken bone....YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
