The staff is very kind , patient and caring. They explain every step in detail . What the exercise does for you , what the benefit is for you. They motivate you. They make it interesting and fun. Lot's of laughter and your time seems to go by really fast. It does not seem like a chore to do the therapy.
I want to say I was very surprised on my first visit. I had never had physical therapy before so I assumed I would have do exercises That I could not perform. I was worried.
POPPING!! You don't think of physical therapy as fun or high energy (face it there's usually pain involved) but this place is full of positive energy goodness. Clair , Andrew and Possy have created the best PT I've been to and I've been to several. If your have a choice where to go, then your really have no choice. This is your place!
