Purchased a Winn. motorhome from C/W in Robertsdale, Al. The dealer broke the window while detailing before we picked it up. A new window was ordered. They suggested we go to C/W in Olive Branch to get installed & avoid 3 hour drive to Robertsdale. At the time I stated based on the bad reviews I read about Memphis/ Olive Branch, Ms. I told them I was not sure I wanted to go there. They assured me installing a window was a simple procedure & they should not have a problem. I waited 3 weeks & no call from Olive Branch. Tried calling & left several messages for 3 days. No return call. Called Robertsdale C/W, they told me the window was sent a couple weeks ago to Olive Branch C/W. They called the Mgr. at Olive Branch and told me to called the parts & service director. I called him & made appt. to carry in. Requested they order part for bed over cap that was cracked, put in window & look at levelers due to faulty light on. Service person stated he would call me on Monday to give me an update on repair and parts ordered. Waited until Wed. no call. Sent E-mail & got a response parts were ordered & everything should be ready by end of week. When I went to pick up I noticed caulking had been smeared about 6 inches on the outside of the window they installed on the paint & decal. In addition they had broken off the moulding on the steps. I went inside & discouvered the levelers were not fixed & the part for the bed never got ordered. They stated they would fix everything & order the parts. Almost 3 months went by & I am still where I started. Nothing was done. Just apologies when I call. I told them I needed to use my motorhome for the week end & would return for the repair. When I picked it up the caulking was still around the window, levelers not repaired, no parts in house & no one had a clue when they would be in. It has been 4 weeks & I still have not received a call about the parts on order. I cleaned the caulking from around the window, however they got on the decal & it will not come off. Bottom line when I read the bad reviews I should have gone to Robertsdale C/W. I will take my motorhome to a local dealer with good reviews to get the service I deserve.

We had car trouble and found this Camping World at 9:00 pm where we spent the night. We explained our situation the next morning and they were more than gracious.....Nita adopted us and made us feel very welcome. Turned out we needed a new transmission so our camper was there for 5 nights!

Thanks to Andrew Jacuzzi for helping us find the perfect camper. We has a great experience with Camper World from start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone.

We are very Proud owners of a camper and so very pleased with Camper World. If you have had a bad experience there--Please try them again--it all has changed--Believe me I know--I went into Camper World, I know at least 6 times over a 3 year period. This time we bought~~~

Don't buy here!!! Bought a 27' Grey Wolf here. Tried to obtain service on items covered under warranty and was told to make appointment and expect to leave camper. This was in October. After about three weeks no service or parts ordered. I picked up camper to use while waiting on minor parts to be delivered. When I picked up the battery was dead and the service tech just dropped by my truck and left. I had to make them come back to hook up since jacks wouldn't work. Well Merry Christmas and no parts yet!!! No service calls and no care! Was planning on upgrading to a larger camper once repairs were complete but sales guy was a young arrogant know it all who failed to listen to my wants and didn't attempt help when I picked out campers that I wanted to price. He was just willing to give "about" prices or said he'd have to check. Worst service, absolute non caring to attention and I've got a dead battery, defective parts .....Don't go to Camping World.

We bought our camper finally. Had a great experience at Camper World with our salesperson Andrew Jacuzzi all the way to the finance and Lisa in the store helping us with the products we needed to Brandon and Greg in the shop outside. Everyone was so super helpful and experienced in all aspects of their areas. A BIG Thanks to our salesperson Andrew Jacuzzi, no pressure, so much patience with us and guided and helped us every step of the way..

We cannot say enough good things about this group.
