Amber in internet sell was my first contact with the dealer. She was very helpfull. Our sells man was Erwin Ellis super nice and very willing to help. Found the car style we where looking for, this was after another dealer had told me none where in the area. These are the really good folks to deal with. Very easy going and no pressure. And the coffee is free,hot and very good.
I have had my Sonata for almost 5 yrs. It's a great vehicle with lots of room. I had one issue with the brake light assembly, but Homer Skelton Hyundai identified the problem and replaced it-no charge! Billy and the other members of the service dept have always been kind, courteous and helpful when I bring in my vehicle for routine service. They consistently provide excellent service with minimal wait. If I had to identify one drawback with the vehicle, it would be that wished my gas mileage was a little better. Other than that, I am really enjoying my vehicle.

My salesman, Rick Putman, not only was extremely helpful when we chose our Sonata, but he has been faithful to check in with us since our purchase. The rest of the staff has been effective and consistently available to help in any way. The service department is fantastic! It offers oil changes at a reduced rate with a canned food donation. I love that they support giving!
