The people at Desoto were very easy to work with, which is refreshing for me, as my last few experiences were pretty painful. I found the Passat R Line that I wanted, with the options I was hoping for... and their price easily beat the others that I had come across. So much so that I drove 450 miles to get there and buy from them. I worked with Big Mike, who was friendly and professional... from the first phone call, to my visit. I would easily recommend Mike and this dealership to anyone looking for competitive pricing and great service. Two thumbs up!
