Veryfriendly staff. I did have an issue but they took care of it immediately I will defiantly go back. Jackie Wilkes was very professional and polite they have my business from now on.
This by far has to be the lowest ranking Lowes store in this region. The only reason I did not give them a 1 star is because I have actually been assisted by a few of their associates and they were courteous and very helpful. However, for the most part, it is nearly impossible to get someone to help you most of the time. More especially in the lumber department. Today for instance, there was a lady that needed assistance loading up a sizable amount of lumber on a cart. I heard them call several times "customer needs assistance in the lumber department" but no one appeared to even be in area so she started loading it up herself. Later, as I was heading up to the checkout, I noticed that she was just ahead of me to checkout as well. Once again, you heard "customer needs assistance in lumber", several times as she waited outside the door by her vehicle for some help. As I was leaving to go to my truck, she finally gave up waiting for someone and proceeded to just do it herself. I stopped, went over to her and helped her load the lumber myself. This is just one example. I have been there numerous times (spent thousands of dollars) and seen this happen numerous times including to myself. This location is closest to my house and is conveniant to stop by on my way home but after this last experience, I believe I will drive a little farther to another location. Lowes, something needs to be done about this location because it appears that the management at this location is completely unconcerned with how their associates treat YOUR customers.
Looking for a new refrigerator today and went to look at Lowe's. They had a good selection. The people in the appliance department were extremely helpful. They let us look on their computer and print out the refrigerators we were interested in so we could sit down and read the differences between them. Best appliance shopping trip ever! We did make a purchase and it was one that they recommended. I have purchased 90% of my appliances from Lowe's.
Some of the most useless and dense individuals I've ever had the displeasure of asking a question. This place is nothing more than a big box store for wanna bes. They don't keep anything in stock that you need to have, most of them couldn't find their ass if somebody gave him a road map. And they all walk around on a Perpetual break... if you don't know what you're looking for this place and Home Depot or not the two places to go ask somebody unless it's another shopper
Always have to go into another dept. to get help. Never seem like they have enough help.
