I live in Memphis, TN and I normally go to the one on Winchester but this past weekend I was in Olive Branch and went to the Home Depot off of Goodman Road. Let me tell you I had the best experience I've ever had in a very long time at any store like this one. It was like I went back in time when department assistants knew what they were doing and actually didn't mind helping you. I even commented to a family member that was with me that this was Old School Home Depot service. Thank you to Gray who helped me inside the building finding the metal posts I needed and to Cory that helped me in the Gardening Dept and gave me some really good ideas. So impressed by both of them. Cory I will definitely will be coming back to your store instead of the one on Winchester. You went above and beyond for us. Also, the cashiers were very helpful. I even called the store manager Monday morning and told her how great our experience was there. Keep it up!!! Winchester needs to up there game to get me back as a customer.
I thought Memphis - Riverdale Rd was the worst....this store is the worst by far. The employees are rude beyond belief and have no knowledge of their products. And have no problem "passing the buck"......I waited on hold for over 20 minutes (I know..why wait that long) before anyone answered and then I was asked to hold AGAIN! Someone kept picking up and putting me back on hold! When I finally got to talk to someone, I was that the my order still wasn't in - now mind you, it was ordered on the 5th - this is the 13th. She told me that they already had SEVERAL message regarding this order - as if I was bothering her, and that someone would call me if and when it came in - my interpretation - don't call us, we'll contact you.. G A R B A G E! I hope not to ever order anything online from HomeDepot for a store delivery EVER AGAIN! And, I'll pack a lunch and find me another store location after I receive my product from this store.

I purchase many items from. This store because it is local to my home. I have never once had an issue. Yesterday I purchased an adapter for my weed eater, took it home and installed it per instructions. Within an hour It burned up. This morning I took It back with receipt and extra parts in hand. The lady in returns explained I needed to take It to tool rental and explained they handle tool warranties they told me I put it on wrong and there was nothing they could do. I gave him a play by play on how I installed it and he agreed that was how it was done but he still said I put the part on wrong and that the part was trash that they could do nothing about because I didn't pay them to put it on. That was the last visit I will make to this store. If you want poor customer service visit here. For top notch customer service visit Lowe's in Southaven the manager there will take care of any problem you have guaranteed.
This place is really clean. And the employees here are awesome. Every isle we went down some one was there to help. I had told a guy what i was looking forand he walked across the store and brought it to me. Hands down the best customer service i have ever seen.
