I came to this store to purchase a dryer. I had seen really good deals online, and thought this would be a good place to make a purchase. When I got there, the one employee in the store barely looked up and said hello. I looked around and found a couple of options. Finally after about 15 minutes of standing around waiting, the employee looked at me like he was annoyed by my presence and asked if I needed help. When I told him what I was looking for, he said, "uh.... I kind of need to go to the bank right now." After a few moments of awkward silence, I said, "So do you need me to leave?" He replied, "I'll only be about 15-20 minutes." Well, I left the store, and needless to say, I did NOT return. You missed out on a sure sale. I went to Home Depot. I may have paid a little more, but I wasn't asked to leave. Unbelievable!

Don't be fooled by the Sears sign above the entrance, besides for that and the Sears products that's where the similarity ends. The Manager/Owner has quite a few things to learn about customer service. I ordered two appliances that I was told over the phone and at the store that they would be there on a certain day. So on the assigned day there were no products and the worker couldn't even find my order! He finally found it and told me that the products were not available but would be in in two more weeks. This was not acceptable as I was told several times that they would be in, so I asked to talk to the Owner/manager. He was not in I was told but would be in the next morning at nine, so I went back in at nine and was told he had left. I was told to call at certain times when the salesman was told he would be in. I called about four times and either he was not in or wouldn't take my call, finally I called and the salesman said he was in and would get him, I was placed on hold and continued on hold for 33 minutes! I had also left the salesman my name and number for the owner/manager to call, guess what, he never called. After 15 days I finally got a call from a salesman that my appliances were in so I picked them up and still had no contact from the owner/manager. It would have been nice if he just had acknowledged the issue and could have offered some answers or other options to the issue. I am sure at a real Sears store this kind of service would not be acceptable. So I highly recommend not to shop here. This is a time that it would be worth the drive to Memphis....

My purchase was a disaster. Yes, they have incompetent people running this store. I bought a washer/dryer pair (Maytag) and a refrigerator (Kenmore). I didn't want the low water efficiency washer and was told "Just use the Deep Water setting". I figured ok, I'll try it. What a joke. The delivery was unsure at best. When I called they couldn't find my order. After delivery, my side by side fridge doors are crooked and I can't get anyone to come out and level them. And when I called to swap out my washer and dryer for another pair because I was seriously unhappy, the salesman proceeded to imply that I didn't know how to wash clothes and I must be doing something wrong. Then he said I couldn't embrace new technology. This washer beats my clothes to death and they come out of the washer all matted and tangled up. I have to run the dryer twice to get them completely dry. His comment on the dryer was that I must be doing something wrong, like using the wrong settings. Since I've used ALL the settings and it still doesn't get my clothes completely dry, I figure high efficiency must have a different meaning. As of this moment, nobody has called or come out to level my fridge or check my dryer like he said. He would not take them back, just continued to argue with me. I had them way less than a month. I will never go back to this Sears. Just a bunch of disrespectful incompetent people working there. I'll have to call in a favor to have someone level my fridge because this Sears has NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. I love the fridge, I just wish it wasn't crooked.

Took washer and dryer back ourselves bought 5 year warranty expected to receive refund 7 to 10 business days been a month and owner will not even return my call!! Im out 3000.00 and no washer or dryer!!! Sears sure isnt what it use to be

Ordered a washer during their Labor Day sale. The confirmation said that the store would contact me to set up delivery. After several messages and a week I finally reached someone who told me it would be another 2-3 weeks before it was in. So we canceled the order and got one from Home Depot. We are now over a month and can not get a refund for a product that was never even delivered. When we call they say go to the store because it was delivered there. When we go to the store they say it has nothing to do with them. RUN AWAY!
