My first time eating Freddy's. It's not bad but what was ordered by the cashier is not what I asked for and I didn't want to make a fuss. I ended up with the double steak burger, NO cheese so it was a little dry. My hubbs loved his double bacon steak burger. Fries are good- I love shoestrings.
Pretty disappointing all around.
After a 13 hour shift..literally fuming off of chips and a baby Ruth, I decided to utilize my complimentary meal card that was given to me a few weeks ago by an awesome manager by the name of Courtney during a rush due to a previous mishap with myself and my boyfriend’s meal. I made it all the way to the window, just to be told that you all were no longer accepting complimentary cards due to an incident that occurred in-store. I was greeted by both the general and district manager who were EXTREMELY rude. The district manager took the card and walked off.. she didn’t say anything.. didn’t try to give an explanation.. absolutely NOTHING. Next I was greeted by another manager who didn’t make it any better. Understand that in the process of running a franchise regardless of what has occurred, there is a professional way to handle certain situations. Not only did they NOT try to compromise and come to a better resolution, they took the card and practically said that they would not honor it. I wasted my time, GAS IN MY FREAKING CAR, and energy coming here. It’s safe to say that this will not happen again. This was the third strike and Freddy’s.. you are OUT
I came there Saturday and the serves was lovely. I believe the workers was Faith and Tyrondae. They had Great attitude towards me and my family...even though Faith was off the clock she was still willing to help me.
The drive through line was short, but I was waiting for 30 minutes. When I pulled up to the window, I saw that it was because the employees were not working, but messing around. The burger was not worth the wait, as the patty was extremely dry and cold by the time it got to me. The onions were so poorly prepared I could not eat them. The ice cream was a little bit worse than sonic. The fries were the best part of the meal, but that's not saying much. I may go back for a concrete, but not the burgers.
Have been given incorrect orders twice. Today I went inside and asked for the manager. Was told by two staff members that they were the manager. Eventually I spoke to the manager who was very nice and interested in a resolution. However what I saw inside was disgusting. Employees with long curved nails handling food after handling money. I took two bites from my burger and bit down on what I believe was a piece of bone. Very scary. I will not go back even with the coupons I was given for free combos. I think an inspection by health department is needed.
