As a first time dog owner, I expected more for our first experience with a vet. I’m sure this is a good place but our experience was terrible. First, we waited 45 minutes before they called us back. I scheduled the appointment for an exam and shots. A vet tech came in and gave him shots and was about to wrap it up with us. I told her that we also scheduled to see the vet for an exam and she left to get the vet. We have a friend that bought a dog at the same time we did and they went to a vet in Hernando yesterday. Our experiences were totally different. Based on our conversation they received first class treatment while we left Cat and Cow feeling the opposite.
This was the calmest trip to the vet our pups have ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly with us and with our dogs, and the price was incredibly reasonable for the great service! Will be going back!
First off, the decor is amazing! Silly thing to comment on, but this place LOOKS awesome. Their staff is absolutely incredible. Never have I felt so welcome and my kitty was so very taken care of. The vet tech, Casey, was super awesome and Dr. Allen was phenomenal. If you need veterinary care, this is the place to go. And they weren't too expensive either. I've been to a lot of places that cost and arm and a leg, but Cat and Cow were reasonable.
First visit to Cat and Cow ...Dr. Lee Allen took good care of my sweet rescue cat! Very personable, nice clean organized clinic with very pleasant staff.
I do happy with this hospital. They do care my pets and doctor even call us to ask for update of our pets too. I am very happy with this animal clinic.
