My wife and I were very appreciative and thankful for Dr. Mueller to take the time and give us individual and compassionate care, despite the chaotic morning she had obviously had with a large influx of animals coming into her facility that morning.
Dr. Mueller saw us at about 10 a.m., apologized for the wait time. She asked us about all three dogs, how they were doing. She weighed them, clipped their nails while awaiting their shot syringes and even offered a beeswax treatment for one of our dogs who has frequent ear problems.
We scheduled an appointment to have our three dogs get their annual shots at 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning. We arrived a few minutes early and saw the parking lot packed with about 20 other cars (quite literally). They had a couple of emergencies come in as we later found out, causing a bit of a delay.
This vet has a heart of gold. She loves your pets and gives them all the attention they deserve and the costs are reasonable. She will tell you straight what your options are, including over the counter medications if applicable and you cannot afford what they sell there. She eased my fears when I thought the worst and I highly recommend trusting your pet with her. The place is always very clean and welcoming. Absolutely love this place and glad I found her.
Outstanding Vet, great staff. Taking your pets to a Vet can be stressful to all, but Oak Tree is calming and efficient.
Dr. Mueller provided fantastic care and service for our three dogs.
While they do have techs that help the veterinarian, the vet herself was the one who did all the meds/blood draws. Highly recommended, well worth the drive!
