Do not use this shop. They will not stand behind their employees word. They will make promises that they will not keep. Work is slow and just ok. There are better and more honest shops in Desoto county!

Car repairs can be daunting. But my experience was superb! Every single day they were open Mr. John communicated the status of my car. I never had to guess or assume progress and I was able to manage my anticipation and car rental because of. The entire staff was great as well. Even though I hope to never have collision repairs again, I'd tell anyone this is the repair shop to use. Seriously, you won't be disappointed.
This place is great!. A deer hit my car. Messed up the whole driver side. They fixed my car in days. Even matched my paint. My daughter's car is there now. They call her every other day to advise her where they are with fixing her car. Great place.
I came here to get a quote on fixing my driver door from being T-Boned. The staff was really nice and were willing to work with me on my time schedule. I had came during my lunch break and was not paying attention to time. I told them I had to go and I'd be back in a few hours when I got off. They were completely understanding and set our paperwork and what not to the side till I returned. Insurance has been claimed and awaiting my appointment. I will give another review once done and over.
So here's an update! As requested 3 weeks ago I called them back. The lady that answered had no clue what I was referring to. After being on hold for almost 4 minutes she came back and transferred me to the shop in Olive Branch. Once again they had no clue. They took my # and said that someone would call me back. It's been 3 weeks and I'm sure it won't surprise anyone that I have not been called back. I don't think they care. Big corporate company that could care less about the customers. Don't use them!
