For those that have been dissatisfied with the level of customer service, we have made some staffing changes and moved some employees in key positions from our Tupelo location, which has been Platinum Certified in Customer Satisfaction for the last 12 years. We have also done some additional training at this facility. This location performs services on over 3300 cars a year with the majority being completely satisfied. That's 30,000 vehicles in the ten years it's been open with a small sample size of negative reviews. Just be aware we care about our customers, we hear those of you that have complained, and we are always striving to be the most ethical and complete car care center in Olive Branch.
The lady at the desk was rude and uncaring. I would think that basic customer service and friendliness would be the bare minimum to expect but in this case I received neither. Waiting area was disgusting with dead roaches everywhere. There was no one else in the store at the time and I had my 6 month old baby with me so I thought they might not make me wait too long out of compassion but i was wrong. I waited an hour just to have a tire patched and when I walked the baby around the building because he was getting fussy, I saw the technicians just sitting down smoking. I paid 30 dollars for just a simple patch. Will definitely not return, horrible experience.
This was the most pleasant and simplified oil change we have ever had on our vehicles. Because of the close proximity of this location to our home we were able to drop off a car, run errands, come back and pick up one car and drop off another. Charlotte and ALL of the mechanics were very helpful and friendly. The waiting are was clean and the HUGE plus - they have WIFI. Keep your eyes out for coupon mailers that are sent out sporadically with GREAT discounted deals. If you are in need of service and live or work near this location stop by you will be happy that you did.
I brought my '95 Mazda MX-6 in with a broken alternator belt. I was told that the engine wouldn't crank after the belt change and was likely blown. After $180 worth of diagnostic testing I was told that my engine was definitely shot. I was quoted $2400 for a used engine with 112K miles on it which I knew was high. I then hauled my car to a mechanic who my parents use and with a little timing adjustment got my car running again. There was absolutely no damage to the engine whatsoever.
I will NEVER go back to this place again! I should've read the reviews before I wasted my money and time coming here! First of all the customer service is HORRIBLE never have I ever experienced such poor customer service! And then once I get the receipt for the oil change it said that the oil change includes 23 point inspection up to 5 qts full synthetic oil, oil filter, top off all fluids, tire pressure check, tire rotation, and brake inspection. NONE of this happened except for the 5 qts of oil nothing was checked my tires were not rotated he didn't check my brakes, NOTHING!!! I stood there and watched the whole process! My car was serviced all of ten minutes! And to make matters worse he got in my car covered in oil with no barrier between him or my seats and oil was on my seats which got on my clothing when I got back in my car! THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE!!!!! Please don't come here save your money and go elsewhere!
