Professional and caring at the same time. I always leave this Raleigh Tire establishment with the feeling I have been treated not only as a customer but also as a person. These gentlemen are very considerate and treat me with the respect everyone wants to feel in their day to day endeavors. I also appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain and even show me what is happening under the hood and chassis of my vehicle. They let me see where my money is being spent. I do recommend Raleigh Tire in Olive Branch, MS if you have issues with your vehicle or just need your oil changed.
Great customer service!! Price for the work that was done was reasonable. The guys there were very nice. I wish I could remember their names. They did an excellent job on my car. I live in Nashville, and if I need other work done it will be worth the drive and time!
Tom was super helpful and straightforward. They had the trailer tire that we needed; and his team had it on the trailer in less than 10 minutes and had us back out the door to finish our trip. The restrooms were clean and the customer service area was very nice, not that I stayed there very long. :) Thank you so much!!!
