I have front wheel drive, when I went to pay, they still rotated my bad tires to the front and said by company policy they had too.

The policy’s should be informed to all customers prior to purchase and customers should have options of what they want done to their vehicle.

Customer service and safety should be the number one priority, with the policy’s in tact they should have never rotated my tires because if one of my front tires would have popped leaving there because of rotation placement, I would have been in a mess.
