This place gets NO stars (but in order for me to post it I had to rate it), that's how bad the service is there.I don't know how many people believe in reviews, but I am telling you from my own true experience- DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE there. I took my car there on August 1st, paid for the part, and as of Oct. 14th my vehicle still isn't fixed. They've told me nothing but lies on top of lies. They never called me until it was time for me to pay for my part, I had to call them & go by there to check on my car. They kept giving me a date on when I could pick up my car, when I called or went by I got no answer or another B.S. excuse. So eventually I took my brother & man up there to deal with it, they gave them the guarantee that I could pick my car up Oct. 7th. Clearly that was a lie. I finally got my car away from there, I only kept giving them chances because of how Kelsey told me about his background with the business, I trusted them, and I wanted to promote the black shop owners. No matter what they tell y'all- PLEASE ma'am & PLEASE sir beware of this shop. I took that money for the part as a lost on my end, but I'm absolutely glad that my car is out of their hands; I also had another lady tell me how they screwed her over. So you're at your own risk- I've warned you...
